The Wilhelm Klauditz Prize, endowed with 5,000 euros, is awarded every three years for outstanding scientific or application-oriented work in the field of wood research and environmental protection. This year, the prize was awarded following the iVTH's general meeting on November 6, 2024. The researchers were recognized for their innovative work in the development of three-dimensional winding processes for material-efficient lightweight hollow profile components made of wood.

Further information on the research topic and the award winners can be found in the iVTH press release.
